Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Superintendent located in Chennai. The Technical Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of vessels, conducting regular inspections, and collaborating with the marine engineering team. Daily tasks include overseeing ship management, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and optimising operational performance. Qualifications Experience in Ship Management and Maritime operations Skills in conducting Inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance Expertise in Marine Engineering and Having Sailed as Chief Engineer onboard Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field Relevant certifications and experience in the maritime industry are a plus
