As a Senior Interior Designer at The House Of Things, you will be part of a premier retail platform that curates exceptional art, decor, and lifestyle pieces from around the world. Your mission will be to redefine luxury living by offering a carefully curated selection of unique artworks and designer pieces that inspire and elevate spaces. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working on high-end residential or boutique hospitality projects, and will be confident in handling concept development, FF&E selection, and project execution. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing innovative interior design solutions that align with client preferences and brand ethos. You will collaborate on the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Additionally, you will curate FF&E schemes, create compelling mood boards, and assist the sales and retail teams in styling client spaces. Moreover, you will be involved in interior styling for promotional activities, brand collaborations, photoshoots, and in-store events. Attending client meetings and conducting site visits to ensure accurate execution of the design intent will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will contribute to developing custom interior concepts and styling strategies across multiple concurrent projects. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputed institution, with 5-8 years of proven experience in interior design, specifically in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects. A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a refined design sensibility, attention to luxury detailing, and a strong sense of spatial styling is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a collaborative, hands-on approach with a passion for aesthetics and design storytelling are also key qualifications for this role.,
