Purpose of the role: As a key leader in our design team, the Interior Designer will drive excellence in design conceptualization and execution across multiple markets. The role encompasses strategic leadership, vendor management, client engagement, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with the companys brand vision and quality standards Duties & Responsibilities: Design Management Manage and Monitor regional design teams in conceptualizing and developing interior design projects. Implement design standards and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all projects. Ensure that benchmarks for design quality and performance measurements are implemented and adhered. Conduct regular design reviews, providing advanced creative direction and actionable feedback. Collaborate and execute design plans with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Procurement, Sales, and the Founders Office, to align design initiatives with broader business goals. Third-Party Designer and Site Management Curate and maintain a network of high-caliber third-party interior design professionals. Execute design briefs and establish effective communication protocols for external partners. Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure consistency and excellence in outsourced design submissions. Conduct site visits as needed to ensure execution aligns with the approved moodboard and Isprava’s quality standards, offering aesthetic, technical, and practical feedback to maintain design integrity and construction excellence Ensure closure of key design deliverables as per project timelines Client Engagement Act as a design advisor for high-value client interactions. Lead the development and presentation of key design deliverables to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision. Manage client expectations, facilitate decision-making processes, and build lasting relationships. Design Development Oversee the conceptual design phases of projects, ensuring alignment with brand and market standards. Validate design feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and market relevance, including input on material selection. Drive product selection and innovation, exploring new materials, styles, and design trends. Technical and Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company protocols. Develop and implement strategies for workflow optimization and team productivity. Oversee the timely completion of all design deliverables within defined project timelines. Skills Required: Exceptional design and creative direction capabilities. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities. Deep knowledge of materials, market trends, and sustainable design practices. Core Competencies Interior Design Project Management Design and Site Management Must have knowledge of MS project, Auto Cad, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop Good to have knowledge of Sketchup, Revit, Archicad, Coral Draw, Adobe illustrator are beneficial but not required.
