As a Senior Fashion Consultant at our Retail store in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized fashion and styling consultations to our clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a deep knowledge of current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand philosophy. Additionally, you will collaborate with the buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that style choices align with product availability. Your key responsibilities will involve delivering personalized consultations to clients, introducing them to new collections based on their preferences, and driving sales through personalized recommendations. You will also be instrumental in supporting the achievement of individual and store sales targets while maintaining a premium presentation standard in the store. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in fashion consulting, personal styling, or luxury retail. A strong understanding of fashion trends and styling, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, will be essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as knowledge of premium/luxury brands and high-end clientele.
