Record customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions. - Engage with clients through calls, messages, and exclusive previews/events. - Work closely with Retail sales officers, karigars, and management to ensure seamless customer service. - Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. **Key Requirements:** - Experience: 2-4 years in luxury retail or high-end fashion/jewellery styling. - Education: Graduate in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, or related field preferred. **Skills:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sense of fashion aesthetics, style trends, and jewellery appreciation. - Client-focused, poised, and polished personality. - Ability to handle high-net-worth individuals with discretion and elegance.
