Role & Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients through inbound leads (marketing & advertising). Understand client needs: property type, area, design preferences, and scope of work. Confirm key details such as location, possession status, and budget . Qualify leads based on requirement & feasibility before forwarding to the design team. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel. Requirements Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi). Prior experience in telecalling, pre-sales, real estate, or interiors is an advantage. Basic knowledge of interiors/home design is a plus.
