Study visa counselor

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Visa Counselor to join our team at Visa Permit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission and visa application process for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, including course and university selection.
• Provide accurate and updated information on admission requirements, visa processes, and documentation.
• Handle student queries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Assist students in preparing and reviewing their visa applications.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the process.
• Achieve monthly student conversion targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree).
• Age limit: 22 – 30 years.
• Candidate must belong to Punjab.
• Only experienced candidates may apply (minimum 1–2 years as Visa/Study Abroad Counsellor).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of visa filing procedures and immigration guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
