Job Title: Student Enquiry Manager Institute: Study Funda Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Study Funda is seeking a dynamic and responsible Student Enquiry Manager to manage student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits at our office. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of UPSC and defence-related exams to effectively guide prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Attend incoming calls and resolve student queries in a courteous and informative manner. Respond to WhatsApp messages quickly and professionally. Welcome and assist students or parents visiting the office with accurate information. Maintain detailed records of all student enquiries and ensure timely follow-up. Provide complete and correct information regarding courses, batches, fee structures, and admission processes. Coordinate with counsellors and academic staff when required. Maintain a student-friendly, disciplined, and professional office environment. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Good knowledge of UPSC and defence exams like CAPF AC, CDS, AFCAT, etc. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A positive, student-centric attitude. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in student enquiry, front desk, or tele-counselling is preferred but not mandatory. Passionate about education and helping students.
