Job Title: Telecaller – Study Abroad Education Counsellor Location: Bangalore - Infantry Road, RT Nagar, Kamanahalli Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–10 years Industry: Overseas Education / Study Abroad Consultancy / Career Counselling Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller – Study Abroad Education Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, guiding them about overseas education opportunities, and supporting them through the admission and visa process. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain available study abroad programs (Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, UAE-Dubai, Malaysia, etc.). Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, interests, and career goals. Guide students through the application process, document requirements, and visa procedures etc. Handle incoming inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, and student data in the CRM system. Schedule counselling appointments, webinars, and follow-up sessions with senior counsellors. Meet daily/weekly calling targets and help achieve overall admission goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage). Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone. Basic knowledge of overseas education systems and application procedures (training will be provided). Proficiency in using MS Office, email, and CRM tools. Target-driven, energetic, and a team player. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling etc. Awareness of international education systems and universities. Familiarity with standardized tests (NEET, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, NEXT, NMC etc.) and overseas education visa processes.
