Role - Full Time Remote Study Abroad Counsellor:

What you will do (Key Responsibilities):


  • International Admissions Expertise:

    Serve as the primary advisor for undergraduate students seeking admission to top-tier universities in the

    USA, UK, and Germany

    .
  • Personalized Guidance:

    Conduct in-depth, one-on-one consultation sessions to assess student goals, academic profiles, and personal needs, developing highly personalized study-abroad strategies.
  • End-to-End Application Management:

    Guide students through every stage of the application process, including university selection, standardized testing advice, essay/personal statement review, and documentation preparation.
  • Holistic Student Support:

    Provide comprehensive counseling that extends beyond admissions, including

    career planning

    and emotional support, recognizing the mental health aspects of this high-stakes process.
  • Inquiry Management:

    Efficiently manage all student and parent inquiries, maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Stay current on global education trends, admission requirements, visa procedures, and scholarship opportunities.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven Admissions Success:

    Demonstrable past experience

    in successfully securing

    Undergraduate Admits

    for students to universities in the

    USA, UK, and Germany

    . Specific examples of universities or success rates are a plus.
  • Student-Centric Skills:

    Exceptional proficiency in

    Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and advisory roles

    within the education sector.
  • Communication & Empathy:

    Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.


Highly Valued Assets:


  • Holistic Counseling Background:

    Knowledge of

    Psychology

    and/or experience providing basic

    Mental Health support

    related to academic stress, ensuring a supportive and well-rounded counseling approach.
  • Educational Foundation:

    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field

    .
  • System Knowledge:

    Deep familiarity with diverse global study-abroad programs, specific country application cycles, and international education systems.
  • Remote Work Efficiency:

    Proven ability to work

    independently and effectively in a remote setting
