Job Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and ensuring that all work aligns with the approved design plans and budget. This role is critical in maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency for residential and commercial interior projects. Responsibilities: Site Supervision and Execution Oversee daily on-site operations for interior design projects. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications. Monitor the progress and quality of workmanship. Identify and resolve any site issues or deviations in real time. Vendor and Contractor Coordination Liaise with multiple contractors (civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage vendor schedules, deliveries, and installation timelines. Verify material quality and usage on site. Ensure all workers adhere to safety standards and company policies. Project Budgeting and cost control Assist in preparing budgets and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Track project expenses and ensure costs remain within budget. Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills and labor charges. Report financial updates to the project manager or design head regularly. Client and Team Communication Communicate progress updates to internal teams and clients when necessary. Coordinate with the design team to resolve on-site queries. Schedule and attend client walkthroughs when required. Requirement: Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Certification in project management (optional but preferred). Experience: 2–5 years of experience in site supervision in the interior design industry. Hands-on experience working with contractors and managing vendor relations. Skills: Strong understanding of interior materials, construction techniques, and services (MEP). Proficiency in reading architectural/interior drawings. Budget tracking and basic accounting knowledge. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Good verbal and written communication (Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred). Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools. Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days a week (office and site-based) Work Hours: As per project requirements (may involve extended hours) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
