As a Studio Artwork Designer (Prepress), your role will involve developing, adapting, and finalizing artworks for print production in accordance with brand guidelines. You will be responsible for preparing print-ready files, ensuring technical specifications such as bleed, dyelines, trapping, and color modes are accurate. Collaboration with designers, account managers, and printers will be crucial to maintain quality output and consistency. Your tasks will also include performing quality checks, managing multiple artwork projects for timely delivery, and applying repro and color management principles. It is essential to maintain organized file structures and version control across all projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, adapt, and finalize artworks for print production following brand guidelines. - Prepare print-ready files with accurate technical specifications. - Collaborate with designers, account managers, and printers to ensure quality output. - Perform quality checks and preflight checks on files. - Manage multiple artwork projects and ensure on-time delivery. - Understand and apply repro and color management principles. - Maintain organized file structures and version control. Required Skills & Experience: - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Studio/Prepress/Artwork Production roles. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat. - Strong knowledge of printing processes such as offset, digital, flexo, and gravure. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. - Experience in packaging, FMCG, or advertising agencies is preferred. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
