Position Objective:
The Head of Live and Broadcasting will be responsible for building and maintaining professional broadcasting standards, ensuring smooth operations, and driving excellence across live and recorded sessions. The role demands leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to lead a team toward consistent, top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire Live and Broadcasting team.
• Oversee studio operations, ensuring seamless execution of live and recorded sessions.
• Supervise and coordinate with video editors, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.
• Plan and implement live streaming strategies, maintaining professional broadcasting standards.
• Collaborate with academic and content teams to align broadcasting with organizational goals.
• Ensure technical preparedness, troubleshooting, and smooth execution of all broadcasting activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in live streaming, preferably with prior experience in media organizations or news channels.
• Strong background in broadcasting, media production, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage live sessions with high efficiency and quality.
• Priority will be given to candidates with direct experience in live management at news channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,724.30 - ₹30,000.00 per month
