We are an interior design company seeking a Secretary to manage administrative tasks, data entry, and cash handling. Responsibilities: Maintain records and documents. Data entry and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets. Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and pending payment tracking. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients. Assist design team with admin support. Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Strong data entry & organizational skills. Basic knowledge of cash management/bookkeeping. Good communication skills. Prior admin/secretarial experience preferred.
