Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Clerk located in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension). The Dispatch Clerk will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, monitoring shipments, and maintaining communication with customers and internal teams. Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and troubleshooting any dispatch-related issues as they arise. Qualifications Experience in Dispatching operations Computer Literacy and effective Data Entry skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work efficiently in an on-site location in Noida Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous
