Job Title: Dean of Students Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time | On-Site Department: Student Life & Well-being Reports to: Principal / Head of School Role Summary The Dean of Students is a key leadership figure responsible for nurturing a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment. Ensure full adherence to child protection and safeguarding standards. Conduct regular training for staff on emotional resilience, safeguarding, and well-being best practices. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Experience: 5 to 7 years in a pastoral care, student support, or behavioral leadership role, ideally in an IB/CIE school setting. Demonstrated expertise in student behavior management, mental health support, and safeguarding. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of international pastoral care standards (IB/CIE).
