Job Title: Student MentorJob Summary:

The Student Mentor provides guidance, support, and encouragement to students to help them succeed academically, personally, and socially. The mentor serves as a positive role model, helping students navigate their educational environment, build skills, and develop confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a supportive role model and peer resource for students.
• Provide academic guidance, including time management, study skills, and goal-setting.
• Offer emotional and social support to help students adjust to their learning environment.
• Facilitate group mentoring sessions, workshops, or one-on-one meetings.
• Monitor student progress and report concerns to appropriate staff or faculty.
• Promote involvement in campus or program-related activities.
• Assist students in identifying and accessing school or community resources.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive atmosphere among students.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
