Key Responsibilities Student Engagement: Proactively contact new leads, assess financial needs (fees, living, visa funds), and clearly explain loan options, eligibility, and terms. Application Facilitation: Pre-qualify students, provide comprehensive document checklists, and assist in secure document collection and initial review for completeness and accuracy. File Management: Assemble, log, and submit accurate loan files to partner vendors, ensuring all details are recorded in the LMS. Ongoing Support: Act as the main liaison between students and lenders, tracking application status, expediting processes, and providing timely updates. Issue Resolution: Efficiently address student queries, escalate complex issues to the Team Lead, and guide students through sanction letters and loan disbursal. Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records in the LMS and contribute to daily/weekly reports. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the education or study abroad sector. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with students and partners. Solid understanding of financial documents (e.g., bank statements, IT returns, salary slips). Proficiency in using CRM/LMS software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities * Provide guidance to the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plans in accordance with the formulated targets. * Actively coordinate and participate in the morning huddle. * Monitor and maintain the sourcing funnel adequately. * Conduct on the job training for the sales executives by going with them for the sales call. * Service the needs of the existing customers whenever required. * Manage and conversion rate of Appointment Login, Login to Sanction & Sanction Disbursement. * Work closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality. * Review DSR on a daily basis. * Monitor quality of file and guide team on completeness and quality. * Co ordinate with credit on smooth sanctioning of file. * Consistent visit to important Channel partners. * Actively participate in events, seminars and all other sourcing activities. * Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to education loans, personal loans, business loans, unsecured loans, professional loans, student loans, abroad loans, individual loans, salaried loans, self-employed loans, BIL (Business Installment Loan), and other financial products. Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional services or products offered by the bank.
