Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a GTE Counsellor at LCI Group in Gurugram. The GTE Counsellor will provide strategic and integrated recruitment solutions, build partnerships with students and universities, and maximize applicant-to-student success rates. They will also provide onshore and offshore student support, leveraging market insights and innovative approaches in today&aposs dynamic educational landscape. Key Responsibilities: Document Assessment: Evaluate the authenticity of student documents, including financial and other required documents. Application Management: Manage student applications from the offer letter stage until the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) is issued. Verification & Compliance: Verify documents and information in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of universities and institutions. Liaison with Partners: Coordinate with educational partners such as universities and colleges regarding documentation requirements and updates. Financial Document Verification: Review and authenticate financial documents to ensure compliance with study abroad requirements. Student Interviews: Conduct student interviews and prepare them for the universitys final round. SOP Review: Review students Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and suggest necessary changes to agent partners. Show more Show less
