As a Student Identification and Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential students from colleges and coaching centers to promote our 9 campuses. You will conduct various Below-The-Line (BTL) activities to reach management aspirants and create awareness about our programs. Additionally, you will leverage referrals from existing aspirants to expand our reach and establish relationships with existing and new colleges to achieve targets and promote our programs. Your role will also involve fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to solicit new business for the branch. Data collection from various sources will be essential to inform business development strategies. Furthermore, you will provide counseling to prospective students and facilitate the sale of IBSAT application forms. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. The work location is in person.
