Role & responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Driving brand awareness Enrolling students into free programs Converting them into paid subscribers - You will manage relationships with parents, students, and school representatives, handling the full customer lifecycle. - This role blends marketing, sales, and service to help students achieve academic success. 1. School Activation- Visit assigned schools to introduce companys platform to parents and students. Plan and execute promotions of company's free school exam app. 2. Free Batch Enrollment- Encourage students to join free trial batches and guide them through the onboarding process. 3. Conversion & Retention Convert students from free trial users to paid monthly subscribers. Monitor subscription renewals and retention strategies. Conduct regular check-ins via in-person visits and follow-up calls. - Candidates must have strong English communication skills. - The candidate must have a personal vehicle for commuting. Role Type: Full-Time, Individual Contributor, Involves Traveling Schedule: Monday- Saturday, 11:00 AM 8:00 PM Languages: 1. For Bangalore, candidates should be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada 2. For Noida, candidates should be fluent in English.
