Student Counselor

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, offering personalized counselling based on their academic background, career goals, and preferences. If you are communicative, efficient, and fluent in English and Malayalam, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents about overseas education options.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities.
• Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions through follow-ups and clear communication.
• Assist in documentation, application, and visa guidance processes.
• Stay updated with global education trends, university updates, and admission deadlines.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly to ensure a smooth counselling experience.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, and webinars when required.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in student counselling, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Malayalam – both verbal and written.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple student profiles simultaneously.
• Knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, Ireland, Australia, or Europe is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline) - Qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
