About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Student Counselors to join our growing counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and parents in making informed academic decisions, promote Xylem’s educational programs, and drive enrolments that contribute to the company’s overall growth.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector, who are passionate about helping learners achieve their goals while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents through structured outbound and inbound calls using the lead database.
• Understand each student’s academic aspirations, challenges, and goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Present and promote Xylem Learning’s courses and offerings confidently and persuasively.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students and parents through personalized counselling and regular follow-ups.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on programs, offers, and new initiatives.
• Provide valuable feedback to enhance lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/enrolment targets.

• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; good English communication skills desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
