About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Student Counsellor to join our team at Studegram Edu Tech Pvt Ltd in Kalpetta, Wayanad. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the study abroad industry, with strong communication and counseling skills to guide students toward achieving their international education goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, course options, and university selections.
• Manage end-to-end admission processes including application, documentation, and visa guidance.
• Convert student leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Maintain accurate student records and update information in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Achieve individual and team targets within specified timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry (counselling/admissions/sales).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of international education systems (UK, Canada, Germany, Austria etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
