Student Counsellor

Job Description

The Student Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads provided by the company into successful enrollments. This role is crucial in achieving the center's enrollment targets and ensuring a smooth admission experience for students. Key Responsibilities: Contact leads through calls, emails, and messages to engage with prospective students. Understand prospective students' educational needs and provide relevant information about courses. Explain admission procedures, course details, and answer queries to guide students through the admission process. Assist students in completing application forms and collecting necessary documents. Follow up with leads regularly to encourage enrollment and achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and update lead status and feedback in the CRM system. Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead sources and coordinate with academic staff for course-related queries. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computers Fluency in English and Tamil. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
