Job Role & Responsibility

We are looking for a confident and proactive candidate who can handle:

• Student counselling (phone, walk-in & follow-ups)
• Explaining courses, colleges, fees, and admission process
• Managing enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Home counselling visits in nearby locations
• School counselling sessions & presentations
• Participation in marketing campaigns, seminars, and field promotion activities
• Supporting admissions team with documentation and student coordination

Required Skills

• Must speak Malayalam fluently
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email, CRM entry)
• No restrictions for travel (local field work involved)
• Positive attitude, confident personality, and ability to work in a target-driven role

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
