As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting apprentices in the workplace, helping them develop skills and knowledge required for the successful completion of their apprenticeship. Your role will involve tracking apprentice progress, maintaining relationships with employers and tutors, and ensuring apprentices are appropriately trained, assessed, and supported throughout their learning program. You will need to hold a qualification at level 3 or above in the relevant vocational subject, have English and Mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent, and possess or be willing to work towards TAQA L3 and L4 qualifications. Experience in the vocational industry, training and assessing NVQ qualifications, and using IT software and eportfolio systems effectively are also required. Additionally, you should be committed to promoting equality and diversity, hold a current driving license, and have access to a car.
