ONLY MALE CANDIDATE CAN APPLY INTERVIEW WILL BE IN PUNE JOB LOCATION WILL BE PATALGANGA - RASAYANI, PANVEL Job Description: Stud Welding Operator Department: Manual Welding / Assembly Location: Patalganga Fabrication Plant, Maharashtra Company: Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited (JSSL) Reporting To: Section Coordinator Manual Welding Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts) Skill Category: Semi-Skilled Experience : 5 - 10 Years Notice Period : 15 Days or Immediate Joiner Role & responsibilities :- Interpret fabrication drawings, stud layouts, WPS, and BOQs • Set up and operate the ARC stud welding machine with ferrule and gun • Prepare surface: clean, mark, and align stud locations • Confirm welding parameters current, dwell time, plunge depth • Weld studs on base plates, diaphragms, and flanges as per layout • Maintain correct spacing and orientation; avoid tilt or misalignment • Perform visual inspection and basic chisel/hammer fusion test • Coordinate with QA/NDT team for macro/bend test (if required) • Log operator ID, stud batch, heat number, weld date for traceability • Maintain gun, cables, ferrule holder, and grounding connection Interested Candidate Can Call Or WhatsApp Resume on - Zainab - 9319237449 Or Mail On - sayyedzainab996@gmail.com
