Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Member Experience Greet and check-in members and guests with energy and professionalism Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized front desk and lounge area Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries about memberships, classes, and schedules Handle member check-ins, class bookings, and basic account management Sales & Client Engagement Conduct tours of the facility and confidently explain membership options Follow up with leads and prospects to drive new membership sales Achieve monthly sales and retention goals Build strong relationships with members to increase satisfaction and referrals Management & Operations Oversee daily front desk operations and assist with opening/closing procedures Support management in scheduling staff and coordinating team communications Track member attendance, payments, and performance metrics Assist with marketing efforts (social media, events, challenges, etc.) Qualificationa: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using gym management software or CRM tools Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals Flexible schedule (availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends a plus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Expected hours: No more than 8 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location: In person
