Role & responsibilities: 1. Handling & Management of daily line issues. Provide ICA & Handson experience to work in CFT for problem resolution & C/M promotion. 2. Monthly review of SMIR & carry revalidation activity for Homologatory items. 3. Knowledge of MSA, Problem solving techniques, Drawing understanding & Supplier Process establishment along with Documents preparation. 4. For changes in supplier process CARV audits & new process evaluation as per VSA. 5. Hands on experience in ERP, SAP, Power Point & Excel. 6. Vendor process & system audits. 7. Skills required for Gravity/pressure Die casting, Injection Moulding, Welding techniques, Painting process, Machining Process 8. Expertise in Fuel Pump knowledge. 9. Review and validation of Counter measure at vendor end and monitoring effectiveness Preferred candidate profile: Communication with Impact & Influence Customer Focused Teamwork & Collaboration Strategic Decision Making
