You will be working on-site as a Full-Time Android Developer and Flutter Developer at SayaCare, a dynamic e-health company focused on revolutionizing technology's role in care and wellness. Founded in 2021, SayaCare fosters a culture of speed, close collaboration, and a strong emphasis on the quality of development processes. In this role, your primary objectives will include collaborating with the tech team to create and manage Android applications using Java, actively contributing to the Flutter migration and cross-platform mobile app development, working closely with team members to ensure shared responsibility, effective communication, joint problem-solving, and structured feature delivery. You will be expected to adhere to timelines, coordinate efficiently, and maintain consistent progress across Android and Flutter codebases. Keeping updated on the latest tools and best practices within the Android and Flutter ecosystems is also essential. Your responsibilities will involve building, testing, and maintaining Android apps in Java through Android Studio, supporting the Flutter migration for cross-platform mobile development, partnering with developers to produce clean and scalable code, troubleshooting issues, reviewing peer code, and proposing enhancements. Preferred qualifications include 23 years of mobile development experience (minimum 2 years in Android and 1 year in Flutter), prior involvement in individual and shared ownership projects, exposure to performance testing, version control systems like Git, and cross-functional teamwork. Additionally, familiarity with agile or lean development environments and a mindset that prioritizes learning, clarity, and consistency over quick solutions are valued. Formal degrees are not mandatory; what truly matters is your problem-solving approach and your past work contributions. Showcasing your portfolio and real outcomes will carry more weight than titles.
