About the Internship We are looking for enthusiastic college students (any degree, pursuing or passed out) to join us for a short-term Impact Assessment Internship . This is a great opportunity to gain field experience in rural development projects while engaging directly with communities. Roles & Responsibilities Meet 1015 people per day in the assigned villages/districts. Collect information and feedback through structured questionnaires (training will be provided by our team). Submit collected data and daily progress updates. Eligibility Criteria Open to college students (any degree) , pursuing or recently graduated. Must be from or willing to travel to Ariyalur, Perambalur, or Karur districts . Bike and mobile phone are mandatory for field visits. Good communication skills in Tamil. Benefits & Allowances Stipend: Will be provided for the internship period. Petrol allowance: To cover travel expenses for fieldwork. Opportunity to gain real-world experience in rural development & impact assessment. Certificate of completion.
