Position 1: Structural Tekla Detailer

Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Tekla Structures software to create detailed 3D models and accurate drawings for structural steel projects.
  
• Generate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, part drawings, and erection plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and industry codes.
  
• Review and coordinate drawings with engineers and fabricators to ensure constructability and accuracy.
  
• Participate in meetings with project teams to discuss project requirements, challenges, and progress.
  
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any discrepancies between design and detailing.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Steel Detailer.
  
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures and other relevant detailing software.
  
• Solid understanding of structural steel design and fabrication.
  
• Ability to produce accurate and detailed shop drawings.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
  

Position 2: Structural Tekla Checker

Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

• Review Tekla models, drawings, and design calculations for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  
• Ensure all detailing work complies with industry standards, codes, and project requirements.
  
• Collaborate with detailers to resolve discrepancies and ensure correct implementation of design intent.
  
• Approve or recommend revisions to drawings and models for fabrication and erection.
  
• Provide feedback and guidance to detailers, ensuring high-quality, accurate work.
  
• Maintain records of all changes and revisions to ensure traceability and accountability.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in structural steel detailing, with at least 3 years as a checker.
  
• Expert proficiency in Tekla Structures and other relevant software.
  
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, and industry codes.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors or inconsistencies in drawings.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and detailing teams.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Position 3: Structural Tekla Modeller

Experience Required

• 5 years of experience (1 position)
  
• 8 years of experience (2 positions)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D Tekla models for structural steel components and assemblies.
  
• Work closely with the detailing team to ensure the models align with design intent and fabrication requirements.
  
• Create detailed and accurate 3D models for all structural components, including connections, beams, columns, and plates.
  
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure all elements of the model meet design and structural integrity standards.
  
• Review and revise models as necessary to resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.
  
• Support the detailing and fabrication teams with model-related queries.
  

Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years experience

• 8 years experience

  : Expert proficiency in Tekla Structures with a deep understanding of advanced modeling techniques and complex projects.
