We are currently looking for a dedicated and insightful Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key player in project management and economic evaluations, you will help us continue to deliver outstanding results while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance with all regulations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the construction industry and eager to grow their career with an industry leader. Responsibilities Review architectural, Structural plans and prepare quantity needs. Estimate the quantity and costs of materials, labour, and construction equipment. Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities and other relevant details. Negotiate contracts and pricing with contractors and suppliers. Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly. Monitor and keep track of progress and contract compliance. Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.Prepare weekly and Monthly budget. Conduct site visits to ensure construction complies with the initial specifications and industry standards. Manage and process payments and invoices. Assess potential risks and work on mitigating them. Report on financial status and make forecasts for project completion. Prepare weekly and Monthly budget. Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role. Strong understanding of construction costs and contracts. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements. Detail-oriented and deeply organized. Adept in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
