Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Fabricator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication. The candidate should be proficient in reading fabrication drawings, cutting, fitting, and assembling structural components as per specifications, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings accurately
• Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and assembling of structural steel components
• Fabricate beams, columns, frames, platforms, ladders, handrails, and other structural items
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and proper alignment during fabrication
• Carry out tack welding as required (final welding as per qualification)
• Inspect fabricated components for quality and compliance with drawings
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Fabricator
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes
• Ability to read and understand engineering and fabrication drawings
• Experience using fabrication tools such as cutting machines, grinders, drills, and measuring instruments
• Familiarity with safety standards and fabrication best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in heavy fabrication, marine, or industrial projects
• Basic welding knowledge (SMAW / MIG / FCAW is an advantage)
• ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Fitter, or Mechanical Trade preferred

Work Conditions

• Workshop and site-based fabrication work
• May require working in shifts or overtime based on project requirements.

കുറഞ്ഞത് 3 വർഷത്തെ അനുഭവമുള്ള ഒരു Structural Fabricator നെ ഞങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നു. Structural steel fabrication മേഖലയിൽ പ്രായോഗിക പരിചയം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. Drawing വായിച്ച് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക, cutting, fitting, assembling തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ കൃത്യതയോടെയും ഗുണനിലവാര മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചും നിർവഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

പ്രധാന ചുമതലകൾ

• Structural, fabrication drawings കൃത്യമായി വായിക്കുകയും മനസ്സിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
• Structural steel components cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, assembling എന്നിവ നിർവഹിക്കുക
• Beams, columns, frames, platforms, ladders, handrails എന്നിവ fabricate ചെയ്യുക
• Fabrication സമയത്ത് അളവുകളുടെ കൃത്യതയും alignment ഉം ഉറപ്പാക്കുക
• ആവശ്യമുള്ളിടത്ത് tack welding നടത്തുക (final welding യോഗ്യതപ്രകാരം)
• Fabricated components drawings അനുസരിച്ചും quality standards അനുസരിച്ചും പരിശോധിക്കുക
• Safety procedures കർശനമായി പാലിക്കുകയും ജോലി സ്ഥലത്ത് ശുചിത്വം നിലനിർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുക
• Project timelines പാലിക്കുന്നതിന് supervisors, quality team എന്നിവരുമായി സഹകരിക്കുക

Required Skills

• Structural Fabricator ആയി കുറഞ്ഞത് 3 വർഷത്തെ പരിചയം
• Structural steel fabrication പ്രക്രിയകളിൽ നല്ല അറിവ്
• Engineering / fabrication drawings വായിക്കാൻ കഴിവ്
• Cutting machines, grinders, drills, measuring instruments തുടങ്ങിയ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള പരിചയം
• Safety standards, fabrication best practices എന്നിവയിൽ അറിവ്
• സ്വതന്ത്രമായും ടീമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാനുള്ള കഴിവ്

Preferred Qualifications

• Heavy fabrication, marine, industrial projects എന്നിവയിൽ പരിചയം
• Welding അടിസ്ഥാന അറിവ് (SMAW / MIG / FCAW – അധിക യോഗ്യത)
• ITI / Diploma – Fabrication, Fitter, Mechanical Trade (ആഗ്രഹനീയം)

• Project ആവശ്യകതകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് shift work / overtime ആവശ്യമാകാം

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
