We are seeking a Structural Estimation Engineer for our client's location in Kerala. As a Structural Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing plans and specifications to calculate material quantities based on client requirements. You will also accurately estimate labor and material costs, compare estimated budgets with actual expenses, and maintain project documents for future reference. Additionally, you will prepare daily expense and work progress reports for ongoing sites, handle contract agreements, and manage documents related to additional project works. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in structural estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis. The role is based in Thrissur and requires a full-time commitment on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze plans and specifications to calculate material quantities - Estimate labor and material costs accurately - Compare estimated budgets with actual expenses - Maintain project documents for future reference - Prepare daily expense and work progress reports - Handle contract agreements and manage related documents - Prepare formats for additional project works - Update and maintain a list of quotations Qualifications and Skills: - Education: BE Civil Engineering - Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in structural estimation - Area of Function: Thrissur This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and day shift/morning shift schedules.
