Structural Engineer

Under the guidance of Telecom Leadership, your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing structural calculations for various telecommunications structures such as towers and equipment mounts. You will also be involved in designing drawings for tower upgrades, foundation enhancements, new structures, and equipment installations. Utilizing standard structural engineering software, you will ensure the quality of your work and produce detailed written reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying updated on site-specific jurisdictional requirements through online resources and reference materials. To qualify for this role, you should have 1 to 5 years of experience in structural engineering within the Wireless Telecom industry. A degree in MTech and/or BTech in Civil/Structural Engineering is required, along with a strong understanding of building codes and design procedures. Proficiency in software such as tnx Tower and Risa-3D, as well as excellent English communication skills, are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD drafting is preferred. Your ability to work well independently or as part of a team, along with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, will be crucial in meeting project deadlines. This position is based in Visakhapatnam, India, and offers a regular, non-managerial role with no travel requirement.
