Structural Draughtsman/woman

As a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / Draftswoman, your role will involve preparing structural drawings and plans for RCC and steel structures using AutoCAD. You will work closely with structural engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings, and modify and revise drawings based on markups and site instructions. It is important to ensure that all drawings adhere to IS codes and project standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining organized drawing files and project documentation, as well as coordinating with site and design teams for drawing clarifications. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare structural drawings for RCC and steel structures using AutoCAD. - Work closely with structural engineers to convert design concepts into detailed drawings. - Modify and revise drawings based on markups and site instructions. - Ensure that all drawings are as per IS codes and project standards. - Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation. - Coordinate with site and design teams for drawing clarifications. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship. - Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus). - Understanding of RCC and steel structural detailing. - Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include having 2 years of total work experience in structural drafting and experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
