Structural Draughtsman/woman

• Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals
• Preparing reports, designs and drawings
• Making calculations about loads and stresses
• Using computer simulations to predict how structures will react under different conditions Inspecting unsafe buildings and recommending options for repairs or demolition

• Hands-on experience in ETABS, SAFE, Staad Pro and AutoCAD softwares.

Job description

• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to create detailed structural drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure structural designs meet specifications and building codes.
• Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Produce detailed drawings of structural components, including beams, columns, and foundations.
• Incorporate structural details such as reinforcements, connections, and material specifications into drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations, including safety codes and zoning requirements.
• Coordinate with other members of the design team to integrate structural components with architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions, and contribute to project documentation and reporting.V

Pay: ₹38,636.59 - ₹52,664.52 per month
