About Us
We are an Interior Design and Architecture firm specializing in commercial, residential, and retail projects. Our expertise spans from concept to execution, and we are strengthening our technical team with a skilled Structural Draughtsman.

Position: Structural Draughtsman (Full-time/Part-time)
Location: Sainikpuri
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in interior, architectural, or construction industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings (2D/3D) for concrete, steel, and other structural elements.
• Develop reinforcement detailing, fabrication/shop drawings, and working drawings based on engineer’s inputs.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers to ensure accuracy.
• Revise and update drawings as per design changes or site requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.
• Prepare estimations with BOQ and material take-off inputs when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit Structure, Tekla, or similar drafting software is a plus.
• Good understanding of structural systems (concrete & steel) and detailing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural engineer’s drawings.
• MEP drafting/design experience will be considered a strong advantage.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good drafting speed.
