Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Draftsman with a background in Civil Engineering (Degree or Diploma) and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in structural drafting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing accurate and comprehensive structural drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, working closely with engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar drafting software preferably BIM
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans to develop structural designs
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with codes
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely delivery of drafting outputs
• Assist in preparing BOQs and material take-offs when required
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with site teams for drawing clarifications and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or STAAD & BIM.
• Working Knowledge of various International Codes and Standards
