Structural Designer / Draftsman

As a skilled Structural Designer / Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience in Ship/Offshore design or Naval Architectural Consultancy services, your role will involve creating 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Rhino. You will be responsible for preparing General Arrangement (GA) and Detail Engineering Drawings for marine and offshore vessels, as well as developing detailed structural drawings for shipbuilding and offshore projects. Collaboration with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Rhino. - Prepare General Arrangement (GA) and Detail Engineering Drawings for marine and offshore vessels. - Develop detailed structural drawings for shipbuilding and offshore projects. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Preferred Skills & Software Knowledge: - Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and Rhino. - Experience with marine and offshore structural drafting. - Knowledge of Cadmatic, Tekla, and E3D is an added advantage. Qualification Required: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or equivalent.
