Co-ordination of site works with consultants and contractors, organizing site meetings to resolve bottlenecks to achieve targets. To arrange co-ordination meetings, providing the approved drawings through consultants, estimation and getting quotations from material suppliers and contractors, bills certification, preparing weekly reports. Identifying future critical technical and commercial issues which are hindering the progress of works and resolving them through coordination with architects, structural consultants, PMC and Trustees. Supervise work progress. Resolving daily maintenance complaint received from various Institutes including plumbing, carpentry, welding etc. Maintaining status and reporting of the above activities to the HOD. Visiting all Institutes as and when required. Any other work assigned to you.
