Position: Structural CAD Draftsman
Experience: 4–7years

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Structural CAD Draftsman with a strong background in preparing detailed structural drawings and documentation for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of international structural detailing standards and practices. Familiarity with Revit Structure and BIM workflows will be a significant advantage. If you're detail-oriented, technically sound, and passionate about structural drafting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and connection details, with minimal supervision.
• Interpret and translate engineering markups, sketches, and specifications into CAD drawings.
• Produce GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and schedules as per project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with company and project standards, including applicable codes and client specifications.
• Maintain version control and proper organization of drawing files and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and revisions during construction phases.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawing packages in line with project schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in structural drafting, preferably in buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; working knowledge of Revit Structure is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of structural systems including concrete, steel, wood, and masonry.
• Experience in preparing reinforcement detailing.
• Familiarity with international design standards such as ACI, BS, or Eurocodes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance in drawings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
