The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machining processes, team leadership, production planning, and lean manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all shop floor activities, including CNC machining, lathe operations, milling, grinding, and assembly. Ensure daily production targets and delivery schedules are met. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce downtime. Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other continuous improvement practices. Plan and allocate manpower effectively across shifts. Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
