You will be working as a Solar Module Production Operator in the Stringer, Bussing, Lamination, and Framing sections of the Solar Module production department located in Durgapur, West Bengal. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. In the Stringer Section Production, if you have a B.Tech degree, you should possess 4-5 years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of operation & maintenance. You should also be capable of upskilling manpower by providing regular training. For Diploma candidates, knowledge of stringer operation & basic maintenance along with 2-3 years of relevant experience is required. Moving on to the Bussing Section Production, you should have a Diploma in Engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of operation & basic maintenance is essential, along with experience in upskilling manpower through regular training sessions. In the Lamination Section Production, a Diploma in Engineering is required along with 4-5 years of relevant experience. You should have advanced knowledge of operation and parameters with recipes related to lamination operation. Lastly, in the Framing Section Production, a Diploma in Engineering is necessary along with 4-5 years of relevant experience. You should possess knowledge of all machinery operational and maintenance aspects in the output section.
