Mandatory Skills: Core Java (Java 8) Spring Framework Relational Databases (RDBMS) Python and/or Angular Role Overview: Synechron is seeking a seasoned Java Developer with secondary expertise in Python or Angular to join our high-performance development team in Mumbai. This role requires strong hands-on coding ability, a deep understanding of backend systems, and versatility across technologies for building robust enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 8 and Spring framework. Work on front-end or scripting components using Angular or Python based on project needs. Integrate and maintain scalable RDBMS systems and ensure data reliability and performance. Participate in the entire application lifecycle: coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features with quality and performance in mind. Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with REST APIs, ORM tools (like Hibernate), and version control systems (like Git). Exposure to containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
