Role & responsibilities 1. Piping Stress Analysis & Design Validation Perform piping stress analysis using software such as CAESAR II to ensure compliance with relevant design codes (ASME B31.1 / B31.3, API, ASTM, etc.). Evaluate piping flexibility, support adequacy, nozzle loads, and equipment interface loads. Review and verify critical lines for thermal expansion, pressure, vibration, and other load conditions. 2. Support Design & Optimization Design and recommend appropriate piping supports , spring hangers , snubbers , and restraints to control stresses and displacements.
