Role & responsibilities Analyzing the stresses, strains, and deformations in Landing Gear and its components under various loading conditions. Utilizing Hand Calculation (SOM) approach for analyzing static and Fatigue stresses Analyzing data, reporting findings in technical reports, and recommending design improvements Identifying potential failure modes and recommending design improvements to minimize risk and optimize reliability Working with design, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Preferred candidate profile Hand calculation knowledge through classical approach using strength of materials and free body concepts Able to understand the technical requirements and have basic understanding on loads and their behavior Should be well-versed with Classical analysis approaches, should be able to review and validate the results for Metallic parts Should have Strong knowledge and experience in Classical approach Static and Fatigue calculations (advantage with Aerospace Industry) Hands-on Experience in Aircraft Landing Gear components is preferable

Identify different stress packages through review of P&IDs / Line Designation tables. Performs piping flexibility analysis (static and dynamic) for critical piping systems during preliminary design and detailed design phase of Project. Dynamic analysis capabilities including modal, harmonic and response spectrum analysis. Evaluate Stress, Displacement, Forces and moments on restraints for support design and Evaluate piping loads with in allowable nozzle loads. Perform analysis for sustained, thermal and multiple operating cases, occasional (viz winds, seismic, relief, hammer etc.) Perform pipe stress analysis for different equipment like Steam turbine, Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, tanks, exchangers, heaters, columns, etc. Measure the effects of support settlement, safety relief valves, seismic loads, thermal cycle loads and wind. Analysis capabilities for Jacketed Piping system, Expansion joints piping system etc. Flange Leak Check. Provide pipe loading information to Civil/Structure. Resolve high pipe loads on equipment nozzles. Nozzle Flexibilities (WRC) and Stresses. Resolve high secondary stresses in piping. Perform pipe support design & calculations for statically and dynamically loaded supports. Selection of spring hangers, snubbers, struts, expansion bellows for pipe supports. Preparation and interpretation/review of stress calculations of relatively complex nature in high seismic zones. Locate and identify pipe supports on isometrics along with type of supports. Evaluation of local stresses via code cases. Support structure calculations using tools like STADD. Review and sign-off piping isometrics considering flexibility and supporting. Prepare complete documentation of the stress analysis and support design. Participates in reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data from suppliers. Review piping isometrics considering flexibility and supporting. Knowledge of design codes and standards applicable for Pipe Stress Analysis design work. Must be experienced in preparing/developing/maintaining the Standard Pipe Support Catalogue on the Project. Highly experienced in preparing Special Support Sketch/Drawing/Details from scratch & completing them with complete details/annotations for Construction/Fabrication of the support at site as per Client expectations. Update Master Specifications for pipe supports e.g. updating span tables, etc. Previous experience in SS, Alloy (High temp piping) & vibration susceptible piping suspports. Work with Structural Designers to incorporate pipe support details into structural drawing sets where applicable. Pipe Support MTO (steel, brackets, bolts, clips, etc.)preperation Good Communication Skills in English. Should be able to communicate within international projects. Able to communicate with supervising designers, other discipline designers and technical specialists to obtain technical information as required. Team player and willing to receive direction.

Position : Piping Stress Engineer Qualification : B.E . Mechanical Experience : 5 - 15 years of experience in Piping Stress Engineering for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Fertiliser, etc industries

Develop piping layouts, isometrics, and support designs using AutoCAD, PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or similar software. Review and interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, and general arrangement drawings. Conduct clash checks and coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, structural, electrical). Perform pipe stress analysis (if applicable). Generate MTOs (Material Take-Offs) and support procurement with technical specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.1, API, etc.). Participate in model reviews and design audits. Assist in field surveys and site visits as needed. Work closely with project engineers and designers to meet deadlines and design requirements.

• Own GFEM updates, FEM validation, and DMU optimization. • Define mesh strategies for complex stress/F&DT analyses. • Lead load extraction, hand calcs, and crack growth assessments. • Conduct fatigue life predictions (rainflow/Miner) and damage tolerance evaluations. • Validate composite/metallic material performance in ISAMI. • Manage complex static and fatigue analysis, including crack growth and DTA for metallic and composite structures. • Ensure compliance with Airbus structural analysis methods and tools. • Develop Excel VBA tools for process automation. • Drive and ensure Airframe certification requirements and resolve critical structural issues. • Guide junior engineers and review analysis reports. • Review technical reports, Liaise with Technical committee for design verification and changes. • conduct technical audits, and support management decisions. Qualifications: • Masters in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (PhD a plus). • 9+ years in airframe stress/F&DT (fuselage sub-assemblies: frames, panels, junctions). • Expert in Airbus methods, ISAMI, HyperWorks, Nastran/Patran. • Deep knowledge of composite/metallic fatigue and crack growth. • Advanced Excel/VBA/Python for analytical automation. • Good Communication skills
