The opportunity: As a valuable team member, you will support decision-making based on market data and collaborate on nurturing a data-driven culture. Your responsibilities will include gathering, interpreting data, and analyzing results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques. You will assess BU and GPGs needs, playing a key role during the M&S yearly cycle, particularly focusing on Market Input Market Outlook (MIMO), Strategic Planning, and Global Target Setting (GTS). How you'll make an impact: You will be the go-to person in the GPG alongside the GPMM for market intelligence and analytical tools such as dashboards, excel-based files, SalesBI, PowerBI, STRATOS, and Anaplan. Your role will involve GPG Mekko/STRATOS preparation, production, and alignment for main Hitachi Energy Global processes like GTS and MIMO. You will work on tasks such as Order Estimates, BU forecast models, Market sizes/shares, PIE analysis, and Market/segment validation. Your Background: To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or equivalent qualification. Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting information accurately is essential. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is required to write reports and present findings professionally. Experience in SFDC and PowerBI for developing reports and dashboards is preferred.
